What are they thinking, every term of the original offer other than the VWAP and base price has changed. Time to cancel all votes, determine a new VWAP and base price and have a new VOTE relevant to current information.

Independent Chairman should not be directing any open usable VOTES, this is an investors decision not to be influenced by his opinion.

Not in cows, whats going on surely the deal is as bad as the one for the Trees
