Mogul filled out a tournament for a game that was on closed beta with a developer (Diabolitical) and just recently doing a beta launch for tournament wizard and the mobile app is being tested which according to trello has automation.

So yes the company has changed but looking at debt is one part of the picture what if the Microsoft is just a pilot test for something bigger with their whole games library (again rumours of Gears of War around) and what if it is something to do with Xbox, certainly would be cheap. The last raise was 1c in December so has the business really lost its way in less than a qtr to be worth 70% less? I personally don't think so.
