your dividend dollars are the most liquid substance universe in the world.
Certain parts of Africa like Congo has very problematic regimes. companies like ivanhoe and glencore has been badly battered by windfall taxes and even rick rule noted that SAfrica is a rough place to work at. Ploughing in your dividend dollars is good but u are putting all your eggs in one bucket.
