Of course! Businesses will be forced in to recycling even though it’s not economically viable to do so. I just see every one queueing up for that opportunity now.
I wonder if they’ll have laws to force buyers to acquire recycled materials that cost 3-4 more than actual production... not going to happen.
Currently battery makers are paying people to take their recycling problem away from them..... they’re smart enough not to venture in to this loss making world.
