There's certainly some factors which suggest a lack of transparency. But the trump card which defeats all that is this: would Laxey et al invest in a company and then wind it up in a way which diminished their returns, rather than maximised them? Clearly, no, they wouldn't. So I'm not at all concerned about the transition issues currently being experienced. Once they get it together the trust will be wound up post-haste and I'll get my NTA. Giddyup.
