Revenue less Cost of sale leaves a contribution on just over $6 000 000. Salaries is equal to around this figure so at this stage that is the key detriment to the business. Given that people are the business, I would suggest they need to get their revenues up and achieve their targets quicksmart. If targets are not acheived then examine each and every persons salaries including ALL executive salaries and determine a) who gets the pay cut and b) who gets the chop.
