This Black Dart would have a lot of requirements for Drones.
First, detection. How do you know a drone is in the vicinity.
Second, if you locate a Drone threat it should be overcome by Land or Sea based means. Frequency Jamming from the Ship or Base that is under attack and taking over control of such Drone or Drones. If a drone gets through can its armory be neutralized by Jamming.
Sending up Drones to kill or capture Drones seems secondary to the previous measures mentioned. If d13 has developed technology for a drone to neutralize and capture i am sure their tech will operate as a defence from the target.
I seem to think Black Dart will be looking for an offensive weapon from D13 and a defensive capability from the Tech permanently installed in potential targets.
