This idea of it being mandated to download rec*it doesnt sit well with me to be honest.
If there is one thing we know about their target market it is that they no longer like being told what they MUST have downloaded on their personal phone, especially when said app will be hitting them with ads. So what will be the revenue model if they cannot use ads? I dont see colleges would pay them much.
