True. Yes. But have you thought about why? This increase is only due to a change in 'fair value' in TSN's stake in TSI which, as TSI is not a publicly listed company, is quantifiable using only an alternate methodology (as outlined later in the report) as there is no other way of valuing it.
In addition, I find it interesting that on the Profit & Loss statement (page 2), the only noticeable increase compared to last year is due to this change in fair value and that this particular asset is listed as being for sale.
I'm not really that savvy when it comes to financial statements - just thought it was interesting.
