    Hi @martyw, are you not worried that TSI as a whole is only valued at $40m by the independent expert?

    I guess the good thing about this valuation is that when TSN does increase it holdings on TSI, shares to issue won't be as much as I initially thought it would. If SP stays around these levels, then it will only be a 25% dilution for us to get 50% of TSI.
