Yeah this is what I have been trying to get my head around since the TH Ann..

For the Divan deal that was announced as a material transaction which turned out to be a revenue share so to me that seems both parties bring their business to the table and share products to then generate revenue and split it in a way that both deem fair.

A material contract in my eyes is more likely that a telco is going to pay tv2u to deliver content over their IVAN network..
