Interesting comment from Alex Commins in the audio presentation. Applying the listing earnings multiple to the Colorpaks current situation gives a share price of 92 cents. I haven't done the figures but I assume he is talking about EV/EBITDA multiples. This company just keeps improving earnings and lowering debt. Either the share price goes up or it becomes a very attractive takeover target - but any takeover would have to have the Commins family onboard. Maybe they should just take it private again. The odd loss of a contract due to manufacturing moving offshore is weighing on the share price but they seem to be doing a pretty good job of replacing that revenue. I'll agree with RAINMAKER2000s sentiment that they are "well equipped custodians of my capital". Wish I could find another 10 such well managed companies on the ASX.
