    My stock scanning program Turbotrader has picked this up as consistently having above average volume days for the past few weeks.

    no news so something is up.

    I've loaded up in anticipation.

    NTA per share of 8 odd cents makes it a safe bet.

    SP could be 2-2.5 times the NTA.
