Yeah, I liked the result......the announcement of sackings and consolidation the next few days was better news (of course, I hope these people are not inconvenienced greatly and find other work quickly....the redundancy payout is significant)

Unlikely that dividends will increase markedly, as compared to before this acquisition.....eg. the business could have paid 20% divies last year, no sweat

I think they will focus on paying debt and CapX but current divies will be sustained....

If they execute double digit margins, you won't need the divies......we'll all be off for an extended holiday in the Greek Isles!
