Well picking a time to get on board is tricky. This phase has been going for a while and I think they're running out of room to move. I think the chance of a big fanfare for more money versus a 1 page announcement of death(temporary of course!) is slipping towards even stevens. So I would wait regardless of price.
Though they have in the past been good at extracting money from people holding other peoples money (Sometimes seemingly based in the same region they then focus on...).
Maybe we'll get everything at once and off to China.
