Just look at the comments around Rev on standing enrolments and cash.
in an industry where the VIC state govt cant spend as much as they want and VET / ASH are falling over someone will be the winner. I suggest ACO with Bruce McKenzie who had to resign from the board to head the advisory committee to the state government, should be well placed.
Phoenix acquisition has been ludicrous.
