    Well the financials are just reflect the wash up of the aquisition, pleasing to see that admin costs are more or less stable at $500k, and there's approximately $9million cash in the bank. We have taken on some consultancy fees etc, all looks pretty much okay, not too sure who or what is earmarked for the $1,000,000 disbursement though.
