Have you read the prospectus and in particular the capital structure?
One of the vendors (True North) also received $1m (contingent liability but virtually certain so recognised now) and $2m R/N.

Unless I missed it, this appears to be the first formal confirmation that Milestone 1 has been achieved (although we all knew it). As has been pointed previously that now releases a chunk of vendor shares from escrow (updated App B soon?).
Interesting to see how it plays out although, given Milestone 2 can't be far away (implying further release of escrow shares), I think they'll keep their powder dry. I'm not buying the Nasdaq story though as that's too far away (my opinion only).

I like EMC (both the story and the potential twists at play!) but wanna see how this plays out first.
