HTA is totally off the radar. In fact there's very little reason for it to be listed - not like it's ever been used for capital raising etc.
I think the shareholders can expect to be bought out at some point, and given the tiny numbers of available shares it could be at a handsome above market price.
What is concerning is the ability the parent entities have to dump debt into HTA.
I'll hold for now.
