I believe, in these modern times, its what we would call an alternative fact.
CHP have outlined these timelines, i think there was some release at the end of last year (check late december anns?) that indicated some time frames.
There has been little info about how things are progressing though, so best guess is to have faith that those timelines are still viable and wont be pushed back again
