If you refer to the announcement dated 01/05/17 the company mentioned that the areas that TSN/NOV will be jointly targeting are branchless banking, agent banking, voucher management, electronic value distribution, digital wallet and remittance and that they're currently implementing processes required to introduce the Novatti payment solution to banks in India. Note, the pages that I have been pointing to and conducting researching on the past few days, feature all of those solutions that TSN/NOV are assessing/evaluating.
