OFX today announced it was changing its registrar from computershare to Link.

Can anyone point me to any analysis or commentary on the pain, or gain, from this, as well as anything which sheds light on the client company's motive (service or price?). Few companies seem to change registrars, which goes to the heart of the investment case for share registrars, imho. So I'm interested in understanding it more. TIA of any assistance.
