"Transformational" acquisition? Check.
Funded with overvalued equity? Check.
Overseas purchase? Check.
Accounting profit up & operating cash-flow down? Check.
Massive increase of intangibles/Goodwill? Check.
I could name a few not just SGH that went down this path. SGH is the extreme example. I don't think they manipulated anything. I think they just got it wrong. I think MYX have valuations wrong as well and spend too much money.
