Does anyone know who and how many execs are being culled? I have previously expressed concern to Tony Quick that the share incentive scheme is far too generous given we shareholders have only seen the SP go down.
I have also suggested via this forum that shareholders use the AGM voting to let the board know their displeasure by voting against the remuneration report and in the absence of any justification for reelecting any director to vote against that director.
