There is no logic in expecting the Pegasus revenue to be breakeven only. Raw materials and finished products freight costs per unit falls and margins will increase as the company is expanding volumes. If the contract was a loss leader to gain attention, I'm sure it would have merited a comment given its relative size. No, thats simply too pessimistic a view.
