Management / Directors own about 2/3 of shares, they determine at what price LPE will be sold and when. Until then they don't really care about the sp unless there would be another CR which is unlikely at this stage. We holders feel good when the sp moves slowly north as we see a confirmation to have invested wisely. A falling sp makes us doubting about our decision. But LPE is a LT growth stock and in the end we will end up with a decent profit at a sp way above 10c. No if, just when.
It may take longer than expected but it will happen.
