Agreed, it should be something that can be rectified with a little effort.
Recent example was the resolution of the litigation issue, it wasnt that clear to everyone by reading the announcement that the issue was resolved.
It makes me wonder if the comms are poor.......are other parts of the business within the company a bit sloppy as well? Hmmm
