- looks like they have already fully provided against BCC, so might be some write back of those provisions if TNE gets good outcome
-migration to SaaS going gangbusters, so cost control will get easier with time with more standardised product
- cash on hand $94M and it does not seem to "burn a hole in pocket" of company (other companies would be in a hurry to invest it unwisely) - they seem happy to hold with intention of improving payout to shareholders when franking credits are available
