Playez I could well be wrong because I am not completely sure but I thought I read somewhere sometime that the Arbitrators decision was final and binding i.e. NO appeals....anywhere!!!
Addendum: Surely a large part of the cause of POH'S financial fragility is due to Mylan in the first place by not doing what they signed on to do and what this mess is all about. Marketing the Daptomycin
