The "going concern" requirement of the ASX is not a mere "snapshot in time" issue. It requires a six month look ahead. This company is and remains on the very cusp of having no good faith basis to claim that it can remain a functioning, solvent enterprise for another six months, with the result that the company would risk delisting - or soliciting a cap raise that in my opinion could only succeed at a discount so great that existing shareholders would be diluted to the point of homeopathy.

As for Hillary, no it was never probable or even possible for her to have won the US Presidency. She has a greater probability of joining Esra among the ranks of convicted felons.
