Even Harvey Spectre wouldn't waste his time on this one. His advice would be to pay the award and then try and recover as much as possible from Strides. Lets be clear, Singaporean Courts have in the past been non inerverventionist and pro arbitration. There are very limited grounds for High Court interference. And what's
interesting is that the Singapore Chief Justice has worked as an International Arbitrator.
