OK, so to cut to the chase, do you believe that, absent an award from the arbitrator or the culmination of any other as yet speculative deal, POH is able to continue to operate for the "foreseeable future"? Whether that is considered six months or a year I won't quibble about.
The question can be answered with a yes or a no.
