HT look up the Asia Pacific Arbitration Review's . You can read case history where the Singapore High Court has set aside awards . You will also note that on occasion the Appeals Court has reversed the courts decisions . Imo this is an incentive to drown poh in time/costs . Enforcement is another matter or time/cost weapon but with Mylans history of short changing govt' bodies and US states poh only attribute may be its courage .
