You are hanging on by a thread. If the award is made to poh, Mylan have to pay, regardless of whether they try a Trojan Horse attempt to get leave to appeal. .. which isn't easy and is rare. Enforcement is no big deal if it ever gets to that.... Mylan have assets in this jurisdiction. Costs will go on their bill and their credibility will take another hit just as your's has.
