    There are a few of these "Israeli" so called tech companies that have listed on the ASX (why here? I get the feeling Oz investor's are considered easy targets ) have no revenue and massive fees for admin/ office travel ECT ECT...have a look at GMV and read their 4c it's gobsmacking. Something needs to be done and quickly. Where are you ASIC?
