If they are rock bolters what makes you think they are also going to do the stoping? Its a way off yet I think, if I remember correctly they've got enough stock piled ore for the sampling and the trial mining when that kicks off early next year. (or later).

I dont know anything about underground mining, but I do know WH&S regs, plus general licensing would ensure that the stopers at least have some idea of what they are doing. So given what you say is true, then yes perhaps for a while they may break low volumes, but you'd agree with trial and error, they'd work it out, right? Its rock breaking, not rocket science.
