I agree that a small dividend lift is probably overdue. We havent really been rewarded at all in recent times and the market has been strong for quite a few years. Do AFI need to tweak their strategy a little bit? I noticed they have now underperformed the market on a 5 year basis and are only .1 of a percent ahead of it on a 10 year basis. Considering their whole pitch is being ultra long term investors those figures aren't great.
