They guided for $90m revenue and achieved $107m, and EBITDA has also doubled in a year.

Sure net profit was a loss but it includes non-cash items of significant amortisation and depreciation and one-offs in share based payments and restructuring.

Perhaps divs could be increased or they could announced a half year div is expected to be paid, but they are also keeping money aside for debt repayments and acquisitions.

Outlook not given but suggests they are on track for another bumper year and alludes to further acquisition potential.

Company is still in growth mode and doing very well as expected.
