    It's not a breach of the ASX rules, but it is a message to the market that anything that comes from the executive director should be take with a gain of salt. Reflects badly on the company, and even worse on there balance sheet. What is he doing for the company to be on that sort of salary. As for the 10 and 20 cent options.... Come to your own conclusions on that one. Looks good on paper to incentivise everyone, dangle the (unrealistic) carrot to the future possibilities.
