Perhaps the paper should have mentioned the indemnity from prosecution provided to SK which might affect taking action to collect other than to ask politely for the money.
Given the debt surfaced in March, I guess enough time has elapsed to conclude that SK is not intending to repay it and hence taking it up as a liability. The Company should have commented on whether there had been any response to their demand for payment given it has been 5 months now since they have been aware of the debt.
