Well the fact that LWP agreed to indemnify SK in the first place pretty much means they are all in on the whole thing. Do you honestly think Lansky is independent ? IMO, no. I bet SK is good mates with VV as well, its all an elaborate web and I'd say there are some rather heavy characters involved, hence the reason why it seems to be going no-where.
