It does all seem a bit murky - take a look at this twitter account which has 2 followers, one of them being Konig’s long time friend Barry Dawes of Martin Place Securities.
Whatever their plan was, they weren’t counting on the persistence of shareholders to wake up ASIC and get them to actually dig into this company.
