David Hensin was removed as a director as a result of being voted out at the AGM.  He was paid a sum of $50,000 in full and final settlement on 13 August.

The company and Mr Konig further agreed to indemnify each other such that neither party will take legal action against the other.  Which brings us to this bit:



Just when you thought things couldn’t get any worse.  A bit difficult to get Ziggy to pay this when you have agreed not to take legal action against him.
