can someone explain how the company just wrote off $48m on goodwill of Nulac after 6 only months.
almost as importantly, can someone explain how and when the CEO, Nick Simms departed from the company (in july) without the company having made any announcement of it.
I would have thought if and when the CEO leaves a company, they would be required to announce that?!
does his silent departure and the $48m write off having some connection?
