yes, i couldnt understand the supposed "explanation" on the write down. it made no sense at all to me......and i spent all weekend thinking "maybe i missed something", hahahaha
but soory - the CEO didnt make the Nulac acquisition all by his lonesome......the whole board is responsible for that. the CEO would never have the authority to sign off on that by himself.....
