To be honest I don't think you would fire the CEO for the impairment hence why i'd be worried at what's to come. Perhaps a breakdown in the CNCA agreement? Has to be something serious like that. Also note how they announced the O2O to pump the SP before the result knowing the impairment was not going to be received well.
Oh and the kicker would have been if the CEO sold on Friday! We prob won't know since he's not on the board as I understand but also I suspect he can't due to insider trading rules but hey that's doesn't seem to be an issue for lots of people!
