There are many examples of companies with negative assets that have made it through and have re-rated many times their original market cap. It is all about risk and reward. It is nothing that a good old equity raising would not fix.
I am sure if they have their exchange ready to go in Q4 (yes if ?) then there will be plenty of punters with large pockets ready step up to the plate.
