Jiameng control the day to day running of the company, he also hold access to the bank account.
can’t simply just kick him out.
our best bet is to sell the company.
Current share price is 2.5 cents, most shareholder will be happy to receive 10 cents now, if we can get 15 or 20 cents, thats a bonus.
This saga has drag out too long. The long it drag on, the more likely shareholders will end up with nothing.
