You better write to Chairman to get some clarification as you are getting very emotionally involved. The CEO did not commit any fraud that we know of except few breaches of ASIC rules. He is the CEO and could do whatever he wants with the company.
The Chairman would know a lot more than us, I spoke to him before and he seems sensible and also wants what is right for the company, hence his investment.
Certainly talked about removal of the CEO was on the agenda last meeting, but we will see what the CEO brings to the table before we vote him out.
