If I was the CEO and majority owner of an ASX listed stock on a P/E of 1 and a discount to NAV of 80% I would be telling the entire global investment community about it !

The fact that he isn't really tells you all you need to know. He doesn't even bother to put his name to announcements.

At its most charitable this is a value trap. But I doubt it's even that.

As they say in Chinese, caveat emptor !
